What is an "incident"?

An incident is defined as a question relating to a specific, discrete issue that can be answered by isolating its origin to a single cause. If the issue that prompts your call to Everyone.net remains unresolved at the close of the call, Everyone.net may call again within five days at no extra charge to help in resolving the current incident.

When do I purchase Per Incident Support?

You may purchase the Per Incident Support from 9am - 5pm Pacific Time Monday through Friday (excluding Holidays). Upon completion of your purchase, a respresentative will contact you at the specified email address or the specified US or Canadian phone number within two to four hours.
